Carlos, If are going to send and receive mails with both PCs, there are couple of tricks: 1.- Set the pop account to lift the messages on your server provider for a couple of days. This let time to both PCs to retrieve messages. The massage you send will be remain only in one machine. After a period, one of the PCs will erase the messages automatically. 2.- Synchronize the PCs, specially the PST file. Obviously, it must be done in one way to avoid destroy the last data. 3.- Buy the MS Exchange Server. With this soft you can set Outlook mirrored accounts and communicate both calendars, etc. Dennis. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carlos Marcano" Sent: Thursday, September 23, 2004 8:22 PM Subject: [OT] Backing up thousands of piclist emails. > > Hi lists. > > Early this year I began to save the piclist emails in a folder in Outlook > 2000.
