Actually, since you are interested in Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2000, it's
pretty easy.

First, create a "Personal Folder" in "Services".  Name is something like
PIClist.

Now, drag your PIClist messages to that personal folder.

Close Outlook.

In your Outlook directory you will have a file called something like
PIClist.pst (depending on what you named it).  Copy the file to the other
computer.  Now, start Outlook on the other computer but when you create the
PIClist personal folder on that computer, open the existing file.
