I wonder where this comes from. As I recall, nobody here who talked the dangerousness of individual motor vehicle traffic said anything about prohibiting anything. It's about responsibility. Killing or hurting someone with a vehicle should be treated the same as killing someone any other way. It's as preventable, and it's as tragic to whoever it happens to.
