Oh come now.. At best, that's a gross oversimplification.  Unless all vehicles have equal mass, shape, and even distribution of mass, you're going to have "winners" and "loosers" in every accident, and that doesn't even take into account accidents that aren't pure head-on collisions.

Shall we ban all trucks, inclding semis, gas and milk tankers, and have everyone running around in round bumper cars?

My SUV has been involved in exactly one accident, winged by a sedan after the driver left the vehicle while it was still moving.  It was parked at the time.
