I have one of these - best buy I ever made. Delivery time to Australia was about a week. I did a lot of research on educational boards before putting my money towards this board. This is the most professional and fully featured board I found and the price is excellent. The quality of the board is awesome and it is extremely easy to use. All you need is a USB cable (included) and it is up and running (No external power supply required but if you want to you can use an external supply). PICFlashUSB is the application you use to program via the USB cable. Mikroelektronica also produce software (A version of Basic and Pascal). This is a very new product but is being expanded/developed on a daily basis. The Basic has just been upgraded to include a programmer so you don't even need to leave your development environment. The company is extremely responsive to feature requests. As you can tell, I am a very happy camper. I am not affiliated in any way with this company - just a satisfied customer. Best Regards Steve >I'm starting now with mcu's, and I just ordered the above kit from >mikroelektronica. Anybody has anything to say?
