However to allow the "no speed limit" rule, there are other rules about the way you drive. Some guy was recently prosecuted because it was alleged he ran a woman off the road and she died in the resulting accident. I cannot recall if the prosecution was successful. Another rule is that the overtaking stays clear, and you take a good look in your mirrors before pulling out to overtake. Once you have passed, then you pull back in promptly.
