However to allow the "no speed limit" rule, there are other rules about the
way you drive. Some guy was recently prosecuted because it was alleged he
ran a woman off the road and she died in the resulting accident. I cannot
recall if the prosecution was successful. Another rule is that the
overtaking stays clear, and you take a good look in your mirrors before
pulling out to overtake. Once you have passed, then you pull back in
promptly.

So just because one rule doesn't apply, does not mean that many others are
not needed.
