There's probably a simple system that can be used to identify where
each set of TP come from/go to.  Well understood by the guy who set
it up 4 years ago, who retired and moved to the other side of the
country 2 years ago :-)

If those are managed hubs, it's probably a somewhat simple matter to
figure out which ports have which mac adresss, and map that to ip
addresses to figure out which port is where...
