design site".

I'm not Russell (there can't be two of him; one is superb enough!), but 
this is a worthwhile site for folks trying to understand what are the 
electrons doing now?  The author covers a bit of analog, digital, basic DC 
theory, capacitors and inductors, etc.

If you have no formal training in this stuff, this isn't a bad start.
