ASAP Utilities
Free add in for Excel. Recommended.
Seems to be widely knowna nd used.
Performs dozens of useful extra functions in Excel that you never even 
realised were missing.

eg I wanted to convert text to lower case easily in existing cells. In Word 
that's shift-F3. In Excel there is no direct function available. (Can be 
done with formulae - or ASAP)

Nobody seems to have bad things to say about them.
