I'm seeing erratic and unexpectedly large delays too.  It usually takes at
least 10 minutes until I see my own post, but often much longer.  Post also
seem to be out of order more so than with the old list server.  A few times
I've seen replies to posts and then received the original post a half hour
or more later.
