Program independent approaches: 

a) In some printers settings you can select negative print.

b) If you do not have such capeable printer, then install a postscript printer that can (Apple Laserjet II for example, driver is on Windows CD), than print a negative to a file.ps.  Then use a postscript reader program and print to any printer, or convert to pdf then print that.  ps to pdf converters are a lot of alternatives, i use Ghostscript.
