I think I'm going to use OnSemi's MRB120VLSF (https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/MBR120VLSFT1-D.PDF), Vf Max is 0.34V, but probably a lot lower in my circuit. It's just that I can order a sample of those, to get the International Rectifier one, I'd need to order from RS or something and pay shipping costs that are like 10x higher than the price of the diode...
 
I won't use the mu symbol anymore ;).
