i apologies to those who i offended. i do think the availability of materials is directly related, and i believe the reasoning behind that belief is also relevant, since an unsupported statement has no support and doesn't mean much. having said that, i did go on a bit longer than i should have. i'll try to be more careful. at the same time, a little tolerance goes a long way, as does learning how to use that delete key once you've read the "relevant" part of a post and it looks like you won't care about the rest. tolerance, the essence of any peace or civilized discourse.
