I have used the full uninstall from the add remove programs and had success. just to see if I could solve another problem. I subsequently reinstalled it again. had no problems whatsoever so far with sp2 and like the way it handles email a lot better than it used to be. I would attempt an uninstall , test the programmer then install sp2 again and if it doesn't work again attempt a reinstall of directio and the programmer software Most problems reported with sp2 where with the internet access part of applications which I can understand.
