My office is very noisy electrically and I'm working with radios and some
other HF stuff. I found it was the ICD that needed the shielding, not
necessarily your board. Maybe stick it and your board into an aluminum box
grounded to chassis at your PS. Also check that the USB cable is good and
consider routing it away from noise sources.
