OS/2 sounds interesting. If a person wanted to try it where whould > they get a copy and what should it cost? Well the best way (in my opinion - declaring an interest: I sell it in the UK!) is to get eComStation - an OEM package of OS/2 and some other software to make life easier (Mozilla, Java, Adobe Acrobat Reader etc). Since you're in the USA I can't sell it to you (and you probably wouldn't want to buy from me anyway :-) but there are resellers in the US, of course. A new version (1.2) has just been released, and will be shipping any day now. I'm afraid there aren't any demos available at the moment - that may come when the 1.2 release has got out of the door. Have a look at http://www.ecomstation.com and click on "Where to buy". By the way, Rob Hammerling has ported some (most!) of Wouter's software to run under OS/2, and has other useful PIC-relevant stuff here: http://www.robh.nl/ and click on "PICmicro".
