Using your numbers I get something of the magnitude of 0.1 grams of fuel 
per m^2 per year and the assumptions are vastly exaggerated (*much* less 
than 1% wp fly per year and most flights are short, not long). The CO2 and 
carbon particle contribution from forest fires and volcanoes should swamp 
this by at least an order of magnitude.
