Seems some amateur webdesigner had his fingers there.
For me it is usable in both latest Opera and Firefox (the two most standards confirming browsers) but some link buttons are broken and formatting is sometimes nonoptimal.

(Yes, PIC tag is relevant as they apparently do not care of quality at least in marketing of them...)
