Need help locating a DC-DC Buck/Boost convertor module.  Not looking to
buy an IC and layout a circuit board.  Tried that already and I screwed
up the design badly and not worth trying to fix on the current PCB.  I
could re-layout the PCB and waste 2 weeks but prefer to get a pre-made
module that I can just deadbug to my existing PCB and get something up
and running quickly.

I need an output that is 5V (+/- 0.25V) and capable of delivering up to
1 amp.  My input is 4 NiMH batteries and can be anywhere from 4.0 volts
(or less) up to about 7.0 volts.
