The scope is a 10MHz one, the speed is correct as confirmed by a
frequency counter.

The "odd" shape of the waveform is I believe due to the limits of the
output drivers of the Aclaim, a PIC outputting a similar frequency looks
"perfect" on my scope. TTYL
