Good day to all. A couple of weeks ago I wrote: >I'm working on a project that requires a higher voltage version of a >2n4403. These are similar to the 2n4403 and cost marginally more: Can $0.04 in hundreds for 2n5401 vs Can $0.03 for the 2n4403 (Arrow Electronics). Specs for those interested: (On-semi) 2n5400: Vceo 120V Vebo 5V Ic 600mA Hfe 60 - 200 Ft 100 MHz 2n5401: Vceo 150V Vebo 5V Ic 600mA Hfe 60 - 200 Ft 100 MHz compared to: 2n4403: Vceo 40V Vebo 5V Ic 600mA Hfe 100 - 300 Ft 200 MHz Gain was less than initially desired but I worked around it. dwayne -- Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax Celebrating 20 years of Engineering Innovation (1984 - 2004) .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .- `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' Do NOT send unsolicited commercial email to this email address.
