Boy does that bring back memories. I used to practically live at American Science and Surplus years back when they were in their old location. I still have hundreds of solid state relays I purchased there in the the 1980's for $.75 each. They were Crydoms, mostly 10-25 amp versions. I still play around with them. Whenever I visit Chicago on business I stop in and browse. They ave a great mail order catalog. -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU] On Behalf Of Dave VanHorn Sent: Monday, August 16, 2004 1:37 PM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: [OT:] Chicago? I miss these guys. I used to live not too far from their wisconsin location. Now I'll have to translate this to cruise missile coordinates. :) -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
