I'm not Wouter, but I can offer a few varieties of SO-DIP adapters if you
wish.  There are multiple adapters on each strip - use tin-snips or a shear
to separate them.

4- so8 (stacked end-to-end)
4- so8 (stacked side-to-side)
3- so16, 3- so8
3- so16, 2- so8
2- so28, 1- so8
2- so28, 1- so16

Each of the above strips is US $2.00 - let me know which ones you want.

One thing to note: the so8 is a little odd in that the chip mounts on the
UNDERSIDE of the PCB.  It was the only way I could get a 0.208" wide body
so8 to fit and still keep the pins on the standard 0.3" DIP spacing.  The
so pads will accept both 0.150" & 2.08" packages.
