I have been trying to compile a windows application but always get an =
error "cannot find afxwin.h". I have tried the MS Visual C++ Toolkit =
2003, and Open Watcom, both give the same result. A search of my disk =
drive showed no such file.

Searched Google for about an hour and found lots of references to =
afxwin.h but could not find any place to download a copy.

Any ideas?
