Similar keyboards are available here and have a small market in the disability area. If you are a typist who loses ability in one arm you'd pay a lot to be able to continue to type - or the insurance people would. Here the Accident Compensation Commission = government run insurer for no blame accident compensation, will pay handsomely for something that stops people having to collect full disability insurance.
