I am at my witts end with this:

Only when I am on the internet with my dial-up modem, I always get "<Proc=
ess=20
has already exited> has generated erorrs and will be closed by Windows. Y=
ou=20
will need to restart the program."

I have removed all unneeded hardware and software. No change.

Any ideas what is causing this?
