I think that a few days ago (on a PIC related topic, hence
the PIC tag on this post...), someone talked about
the lack of static RAM with serial interface.

Today I got a mail with a link to this page :

Don't know if they "fit the bill"...

I noticed that since some time ago, Ramtron says
"Unlimited Read/Write Cycles" about their new models.
I think that there was *some* limit before, even if very high.
