I basically refused to sign this, until it was modified to say....anything
you develop that might compete with the company....is the companies.....

NOW...to me that makes sense.  THEY don't want you competing with them, but
anything else that was not in the same marketspace......was just fine with
them.  I made sure thats exactly what was written out before I signed.  And,
they actually didnt have an issue with the changes.
