Yeah, the size you're talking about (assuming that's really millihenries) might be considered to be in the range used in audio crossover networks for high power speakers. Some of the surplus dealers have/had things in the 5mH/5A range for about $5, labled as crossover chokes, for instance. I'll bet some of those 800W subwoofers aimed at car-shaking would have inductors in the range you're talking about. Nowdays, with cheap semiconductors, I think most high power equipment does the crossover in the low power arena, and then uses separate amps for each speaker, so these are rarer than they used to be.
