I am a little confused as to how to calculate TC/R parameter.

There is Fosc and Ffr involved and there is a formula to calculate
TC/R.  However,  my LCDs spec sheet only supplies Ffr and not Fosc.

Another weird thing is that I have hooked my LCD up to my computer's
parallel port and it worked fine with LCDStudio (lcd driving
application, including sed1335 driver).  The config for the app only
asked my for the size of my lcd and never for any of those frequencies
and it worked fine.

Am I not understanding something here?
