Try 10mH 15A and it's inductor and no, it is not something you can buy
easily. He also needs to specify if the 15A is AC or DC. If there is DC
through it then special rules apply. From your description it seems there
is. It would also be useful to know at what frequency it needs to be 10mH.
That would allow you to choose by core type.
