Probably not, at least among virus writers. Anybody with a passing acquaintance with the web has heard of Apache. However, they are certainly not as widely hated as M$. However, this particular case is an outlier. Some studies indicate that Windows may even have less problems with viruses and trojans than Linux, but that is decidedly not the case with IIS/Apache. IIS has been an unmitigated disaster from a security point of view, while Apache has been practically bulletproof. I think it has slowed a bit now, but for about two years running IIS was seeing more bugs every week than Apache saw in it's entire lifetime.
