actually, i just got a board back from them and let them decide how to panelize it, although i specified a larger gap between boards (1/8" so i could use an end mill). as there are 56 10X12mm boards on the panel, i'm using "crystalbond" (a high quality hot melt glue that can be removed with alcohol) to hold the board to a piece of wood while milling them apart so i don't have to try and hold very small pieces and keep them from flying around. i'm pretty impressed with olimex.
