I originally misread it as "To protect and seal electrical connections
_from_ sewerline robots" combined with the 'killer' comment I suddenly
had this vision of sewerline robots running amok taking out utilities...

Are these things mainly for inspections, or are they evolving yet into
fixing problems, or even just clearing the lines?  Sounds like
interesting work.
