That second link didn't work, but I believe that's the
one.  It is supposed to test something that Einstein
came up with apparently.   There a gyroscope inside
that uses a distance start for orientation and it
measure something like the warp of time just outside
the earths atmosphere or something.  I'm gonna have a
read later tonite ...
