We will also measure the impedance between windings and between windings and
earth/neutral paths. Just as a curiosity we here use the term "megar" to
this kind of measurement because we use a Megger for this task...

Impedance is an AC term used to describe the AC resistance in a path
including the inductive or capacitive reactance at a set frequency.

I think what you want is called an insulation test between phases or between
each and earth.

The insulation test is measured in millions of ohms and yes there is a brand
of insulation tester called a meger but the correct term is insulation test.

Although a lot of electricians still call it a meger test.

How are you measuring the harmonic content?
