There's no point in trying. After using the sample system a few times I now understand how it works. 1) It's understaffed and justifiably so. It's whole purpose is to give parts away. Why spend extra money for that task? 2) The parts are drop shipped from the Far East. 3) And this is the most important point: the shipment will remain pending until all of the parts are available. So what happens is that is that you max out and order 3 each of 5 parts. But one or two of the parts are not immediately available. The system will not ship the order until they are available and the system has no way of telling you which parts are not available, when they will be available, and no way to cancel unavailable parts. So the upshot is that you wait. And wait. And wait. The lesson learned is to only order exactly what you need down to a single part. You can have 2 pending orders every 30 day period. So that means that you can order 3 each of 2 different parts if necessary. My last order has some exotic stuff on it. I figure it'll get September before I see it. But that's OK. I'm glad to have the service. If I need something, I'll just order it by itself. As soon as it comes available it gets shipped.
