Entirely useable as is.

No list is perfect. No doubt some entries are wrong. There's also always the
risk of being mislead by a new trojan. But this is by far the most
comprehensive list I've ever seen. And it's free.

As a bonus, it may alert you to some useful utilities.

      ScanRegistry
     scanregv.exe
     Definitely not required
     Added as a result of the MASTERLOCK VIRUS!. Not to be confused with the
real ScanRegistry below - which is a vital Windows file. This version has
the executable as scanregv.exe not scanregw.exe

      ScanRegistry
     Scanregw.exe
     Needed
     Scans the system registry and makes back-ups at start-up. Important
should the registry become corrupt

      ScanRegistry
     Scanregw.exe
     Definitely not required
     Added as a result of the STATOR VIRUS!. Not to be confused with the
real ScanRegistry above - which is a vital Windows file. It only infects
systems with "The Bat" email client installed. Runs from the registry
RunServices key as opposed to the Run key

      SCardSvr
     scardsvr.exe
     Not required
     Related to SmartCard readers and sometimes uses lots of system
resources

      Scheduled Maintenance
     Scheduled_Maintenance.exe
     Not required
     Scheduler for Iolo System Mechanic tweaking utility. It can cleans your
registry and deletes temporary files at defined intervals. Available via
Start -> Programs
