I'm all set however; I archive past versions of PICC-Lite (the EXE install package) on my hard drive so I'm all covered. I always try my best to archive all development tools that I use (the EXE install packages). When I release code or projects, I indicate the version # of the development tools -- I feel it is very important to do this. You never know when you'll need them to re-create a past "snapshot" of all the tools you were working with in order to replicate a bug or something (sometimes it can be a CYA thing). When I look at my archived MPLAB IDE versions, programming specifications, data sheets, etc., I feel sort of like a Microchip Technology Inc. historian. :) Thanks again, Best regards, Ken Pergola -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
