Any more must be paid for. Another excellent source was (and still is, to some extent), On Semiconductor. They used to be free, but now charge about $10 per sample shipment (that can include 10 devices, from 5-25 pieces each, depending on the actual price of the part). Ah, and for FETs (and some oddities, like the 74C922/3 16/20-pin keyboard handler chips --- fantastic when you don't want to bother with the PORTB interrupt-on-change) there's Fairchild Semiconductor. They also have a very nice selection of optocouplers, including some 10 Mbit/s ones that are great for doing up to 1 MHz PWM with HV stuff. Other companies that provide free samples (but which I've never personally tried) are Intersil (good line of high voltage H-bridge/high-side drivers) and Linear Technology (analog odds and ends and others).
