I just took a look at the way the extended instructions and indexed addressing are implemented. Pretty neat, actually. I do wish they had put the line between access ram and indexed addresses a little lower, though (or even better, make it user adjustable). I can't see too many stack frames on the PIC exceeding about 48 bytes, so setting the break between 0x2F and 0x30 would make more sense to me.
