Symbol's devices are pretty pricey though, you might want to look for a commercial device that also has a serial port. Socket (http://www.socketcom.com) makes Compact Flash to serial adapters. It might be cheaper to by an adapter and a commercial device with a CF slot. Be careful if you try to use a USB to RS232 adapter and a Pocket PC.
