I bought a Wisp628 kit from Wouter [I'm in New York] and I didn't have any problems. Wouter is very helpful toward his customers, and the software upgrades are free, as they should be [Unlike microEngineering labs which wanted $30+ for software for their old-style parallel port programmer] Sorry I don't know about the Warp-13, but I definitely recommend the Wisp628 Robert Mash wrote: >3.)
