Move the part around in a small circle - at some point in the movement the "wire" will connect to the pin. Release the part, then select it again and move it away from the wire at an angle --- if the connection "took" the wire will now be attached to the pin. I said move it at an angle becuase you will also have a little "stub" of leftover "wire" attached to the pin. Delete the stub and move your part to its correct position. This apparantly works because the "wire" can connect to the pin over some distance back from its tip - not just at the ip itself. The stub is what was leftover beyond the attachment point. This is easier to do than it is to describe. It usually works and can save having to redraw the part. Obviously you would have to do this for each pin on a part which doesn't attach t9o the wire.
