Yeah, they've changed some of the names, but the "spinoff" part isn't
done till they change the ownership and issue new stock for freescale.

This sort of thing has been happening a lot recently.  HP/Agilent,
siemens/infineon, and perhaps some others.  Then there are the mergers
and selloffs of particular product lines.  We have some chips in some
cisco gear that we originally bought from Cirrus, then Basis, and now
intel owns them...
