thermally conductive epoxy, many epoxy manufacturers make it and some of the heatsink companies do as well. try any of the large distributors like newark or do a google search for "thermally conductive epoxy" and you should find a lot of it available. you might try tra-con.com, they sell some of their epoxy on line but i don't know if any of the thermally conductive epoxies are included. if it doesn't need a heat sink a very thin layer of ordinary epoxy will work but not as well as epoxy designed to conduct heat well. there are also thermally conductive tapes.
