If you really want to do OBD-II, bite the bullet and buy the standard from the SAE. (www.sae.org , book code is HS-3000, ISBN 0-7680-1145-0 http://www.sae.org/servlets/productDetail?PROD_TYP=BOOK&PROD_CD=HS-3000/2003 ) This is *the bible* and has everything you ever needed to know.
