I haven't seen anything authoritative but, based on some routine monitoring
I do, I sort of get the impression that there have been some fairly
widespread DNS hiccups in the past couple of days.  I haven't seen anything
last for more than a couple of minutes, but I have seen issues at the same
time through multiple providers.
