How about a frequency specific, high intensity feedback generator.  When
it detects the overly loud THUMP of a car with too much bass for itself
and the 5 cars around it, it emits a pulse which may make normal
speakers tick, but will make the voice coils in a bass speaker throw
much harder than they should thereby causing them to rip the speaker
cone.  I have been pondering that one for a while now.

do u have one that shuts up the neighbours dog???.....perhaps a sound
activated high pitched alarm that causes mild pain to the dogs ears
everytime it barks???? this should teach the dog to shut up eventually.

or even better,  these new Toyota cars have their alarms activate the
horn instead of the hazard lights, disturbing my sleep at
5:30am.......now come up with something that will cause the alarm to go
off automatically when the neighbour activates it, thus forcing them to
switch it off at home during the night!!.

Hmmmm I could think of so many more devious ideas.
