Hi Kevin,

You get the source when you purchase a copy of XCSB pro. It is copyright so you
cannot redistribute the source. The XCSB pro license is a commercial license and
it allows you to embed the bootloader executable in any device without paying
royalties.

The bootloader does not need specialised download software running on a PC. You
just throw the executable to be downloaded at the serial port. It uses just Rx
and Tx on the PIC (whch can be reused after the download) and runs at 19200 Baud

There is no specific link to the bootloader but XCSB can be found at
